For all of your messages of support and donations that started rolling in as soon as the first episode of Dirty Business was aired. We have been overwhelmed by the response, so please bear with us while we sort out replies and thanks!

Many people are angry and upset but also energised and motivated. They want change, and that means an end to what Dirty Business shows so powerfully to be a broken system, built on extracting money and ignoring the sometimes terrible consequences, instead of being a water industry fit for the 21st century on the crowded island that we call home.
We will not waste this opportunity pursuing a chance to make a small improvement to what many already recognise as an awful prospect from propsed new laws. We are going for a proper fix that will put water company employees in a properly funded position to do the job well and to protect public health and the environment - delivering good value and good working conditions.
That means an end to privatisation and a transfer to public ownership but not inefficient companies run by the government, well managed modern companies owned by the public and funded by ring fenced billpayers money - as history and the accounts show, all the money we need.
We want and urgently need to shed the shareholders that brought nothing and took plenty and the creditors that have taken control; to end the unnecessary debt scam.
We want to take the parasites out of our water industry.
More on that coming soon and if you want to help but have no local group to join, a blog for you is on the way...

These 2 guys have worked their socks off for yrs to get to where we’re at.
I think it’s down to us to help these guys so they can have a bit of a well earned rest.
First thing is to reduce the massive amount of cleaning chemicals we pour down the drain
Kitchen , bathroom toilet stuff.
Pet shampoos
Car cleaning agents.
Patio cleaners
Paint brush cleaners etc
As well as
Wet wipes
Sanitary towels
Condoms
Fats which affect the mechanics of these treatment plants.
Remember there are 70 million of us.
All this liquid will eventually wash to a water course whether through the Sewrage plants or a drain.
These household cleaning are designed “ to kill …
Just finished binge watching Dirty Business and a thought crossed my mind. Is the environmental agency a public body, and if so would/should the CEO and other senior members of the agency be liable for prosecution for misconduct in public office as have others.
I thank you so much for what you've uncovered and the dire state of how our water companies and the environment agency are run. It's made me very angry how these key utility companies, are owned for sheer profit and have no semblance of public duty to us.
No doubt like thousands of others who've watched this program I want to help and get involved but I don't know how best to. Hope you can advise when you have time.
(I'm a customer of Southern Water ..... and now daren't swim from my local beaches).
Absolutely brilliant! Well done lads.
When I think about the joy on my wife's face when she's been swimming at Dawlish Warren, after watching Dirty Business. It chills me to the bone. I curse Thatcher and every corrupt politician since. Every evil person behind the scenes who has stolen our safety, our environment, and the environment of generations to come, just to line their own pockets.
Thank you to everyone at WASP for all you've done and are yet to do. My heart goes out to all those who've suffered due to the corruption
