No, not that one.

On 17th March the Appeal Court Judges announced their decision to uphold the High Court's decision to allow Thames Water's hugely expensive restructuring plan.
If you are new to the story of how WASP started this ball rolling, you could go back in the blogs to this one https://www.windrushwasp.org/single-post/it-s-all-about-the-money and work forward through the epic tale that followed.
We have been waiting for the Appeal Court Judges' reasoning for their decision and it finally arrived on 15th April. As we wrote after the decision was made, we could not guess how we would react before we considered the judgement itself and that is not something to rush.
As you may know, it has been our MP Charlie Maynard who has been the representative for WASP, his constituency and the pubic interest as a whole, and we discussed the court document with him today.
Here is the link to the judgement; https://www.judiciary.uk/judgments/kingston-s-a-r-l-thames-water-and-another-v-thames-water-utilities-holdings-and-others/
The legal team representing Charlie and the public interest, aka all of us, will be looking under and around every word of the judgement before advising on the options. Feel free to send us your views as well - we know there are some very smart people following this.
We will keep you posted and thank you for the support that so many people and groups have expressed.
