We hope you like the new look and the new content put together by one of our talented volunteers, local author Fran Gibbons, and would love to hear your thoughts on it.
It is still being refined and we will soon have more about the beauty of the flora and fauna of the river, more on data collection and analysis and even some live data as well as some hard facts in the longer reads.
One of the new links will be to a series of video journies down the Windrush and her sister rivers, coming soon.
Your old photos of the rivers Windrush, Coln, Evenlode, Ampney, Brook, Dikler, Eye and Leach would be great to see and may make it into the stories if you give us permission. Also, the small streams like the Shill Brook are important places to show the changes and damage so that we can work to get them back to a healthy state.
It has been a busy but productive month so we have more updates coming.
