Tankers adding sewage to Witney STW which is already overflowing - Can this be legal? We are asking for an answer from the EA which so far seems to be doing nothing to intervene.
In the meantime the Colwell Brook is full of sewage fungus all the way to the Windrush. It runs past Duck Lake which is a popular dog walking area and we saw two swimming in it today before we could warn the owners.
It has been like it for days and is disgusting and shocking to see in the 21st Century in the so called developed world.
